What is Natural Movement?

Modern life removes the natural ways we were born to move.

We sit in front of screens.
We drive instead of walk.

Even active, sporty people are largely sedentary with bursts of explosive exercise.  The result? Aches, pains, poor health, loss of mobility and ultimately, less independent life as we age.

“This is a totally different type of exercise class. As someone who has always kept myself fit and healthy, I began to experience a few niggles, back, feet etc. I didn’t know how this could happen to me with all the dancing, walking and yoga I do. I read about Helen’s class and was intrigued. Could this help me? The answer is a resounding YES! Helen is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. 

I now incorporate many small stretches and changes in how I move into my day - I can even do them while cleaning my teeth or chatting on the phone!  My niggling back is now a rarity.
