What is Natural Movement?
Modern life removes the natural ways we were born to move.
We sit in front of screens.
We drive instead of walk.
We outsource household tasks to machines.
Even active, sporty people are largely sedentary with bursts of explosive exercise. The result? Aches, pains, poor health, loss of mobility and ultimately, a less independent life as we age.
It’s time to move like a child again.
